摘　　要：钻头是挖穴机的重要工作部件,钻头的设计直接影响挖穴机的工作性能。针对W40型悬挂式挖穴机的钻头进行设计,阐述其整体结构、工作原理及主要参数的选择与计算,详细说明各主要部件的设计,以期为挖穴机钻头的结构与性能优化提供参考。Drill bit is an important part of the dibble, and the design of drill bit directly affects the performance of the dibble. Aiming at the design of the W40 type suspension drill bit, this paper expounds its integral structure, working principle, selection and calculation of main parameters, and elaborates the design of each main component, in order to provide reference for the optimization of the drill bit structure and performance.
