摘 要:文章通过对刚性支撑单圆盘转子的刚度变化分析,模拟计算了刚度变化对转子振动特性的影响,得到了平衡室内单转子连入轴系后振动特性的变化规律。利用共振放大因子Q分析了国外某发电机转子厂内平衡时单转子阻尼和连入轴系后的转子阻尼变化情况,结合模拟计算结果对该发电机转子现场振动大的原因进行了分析、处理,验证了模拟计算结果。文章的研究结论对处理同类振动故障及预防振动问题的发生具有一定的借鉴意义。Based on the analysis of stiffness change of single disc rotor's rigid support, and the effect of stiffness change on rotor performance is simulated and calculated. The rules of vibration performance are obstained when single rotor is connected with shaft- ing. By using the "Q factor', the damping change between the single rotor and shafting is analyzed in a foreign unit. By combining with the results of the simulation and calculation, the reasons of vibration for this unit are analyzed and handled, the simulation re- sults are verified. The conclusion of this paper has some reference significance for dealing with the similar vibration faults and pre- venting the occurrence of vibration problem.
