摘  要:目的探讨微信网络平台运用于临床微生物检验实习教学改革中的作用,从而提高学生综合素质,胜任未来的临床检验工作。方法选取2016年6月—2017年6月在遵义医学院附属医院医学检验科实习的50名学生作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,对照组和改革组,每组各25名学生。改革组在传统实习教学方法的基础上,加用网络微信平台辅助实习带教;对照组采用传统实习带教法。10周实习结束后,比较两组实习生的理论及临床实践技能成绩。结果改革组理论考核成绩为(81.7±4.4)分、实践技能为(93.2±2.1)分;对照组理论考核成绩为(71.9±5.2)分、实践技能为(90.7±2.1)分,两组各数据比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在"互联网+"时代下,将微信融入临床微生物检验实习教学中,不仅有利于学生拓展和丰富理论知识,而且极大地提高临床实践技能,为将来顺利走向工作岗位奠定良好的基础。Objective To explore the role of Weixin network platform in the teaching reform of clinical microbiology laboratory practice, so as to improve students'comprehensive quality and be competent for future clinical laboratory work. Methods 50 students from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the subjects of study. They were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the reform group, with 25 students in each group. On the basis of the traditional practice teaching methods, the reform group added the Internet WeChat platform to assist the practice teaching. The control group used traditional practice teaching method. After 10 weeks' practice, the theoretical and clinical skills of the two groups were compared. Results The theoretical evaluation scores of the reform group was (81.7±4.4) points, and the practical skills was (93.2±2.1) points. The theoretical evaluation scores of the control group was (71.9±5.2) points, and the practical skills was (90.7±2.1) points. The difference between the two groups was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion In the era of "Internet", the integration of WeChat into the teaching of clinical microbiological examination not only helps students to expand and enrich their theoretical knowledge, but also greatly improves their clinical practical skills, and lays a good foundation for their future work.
