摘　　要：高校思想政治教育工作是高校教育工作的生命线,加强和改进高校党的建设工作,是办好中国特色社会主义大学的保证,高校学生党员在高校思想政治工作中充当着重要的角色并发挥着重要的作用,在优秀学生当中发展合格党员的重要性越来越突出,本文对高校学生党员发展工作存在的问题和影响因素进行分析,提出高校学生党员发展质量保障体系的建设思路。The ideological and political education in colleges anduniversities is the lifeline of college education. Strengthening andimproving the Party building in colleges and universities is theguarantee for effectively running socialist colleges and universi-ties with Chinese characteristics. College student Party membersplay an important role in the ideological and political work of col-leges and universities. The importance of developing qualifiedParty members among outstanding students is becoming more andmore prominent. Therefore, this paper analyzes the problems andinfluencing factors of the development of Party members in col-leges and universities, and puts forward the construction ideas ofthe quality assurance system for the development of Party mem-bers in colleges and universities.
