摘　　要：脑梗死可严重影响患者生活质量和生命健康。溶栓治疗为近年来国内外公认的改善缺血脑组织的有效方法。本文综述了溶栓治疗时间、常用药物、溶栓后并发症及相关影响因素,为提高溶栓治疗效果,改善患者预后及提高患者生存质量提供一定的理论依据。Cerebral infarction can seriously affect the quality of life and life and health of patients.Thrombolytic therapy was recognized as an effective method for improving ischemic brain tissue inrecent years. This article reviewed the time of thrombolytic therapy, commonly used drugs, complicationsafter thrombolytic therapy and related influencing factors, in order to improve the therapeutic effect ofthrombolytic therapy, improve the prognosis of patients and improve the quality of life of patients toprovide a theoretical basis.
