摘　　要：高职女生就业竞争力关系到高职院校的整体就业率和就业质量,探究提升和培养高职女生就业竞争力的对策,帮助高职女生群体的就业状况进一步改善,实现高职女生充分就业和高质量就业,促进大学生就业市场机制的完善,为实现新时代高等职业教育健康发展提供一个新的思路。The employment competitiveness of female students in higher vocational colleges is related to the overall employment rate and the quality of employment in higher vocational colleges.The countermeasures to promote and cultivate the employment competitiveness of female students in higher vocational colleges are explored, so as to help the employment status of female students in higher vocational colleges tofurther improve and to achieve full employment and high-quality employment.Even to perfectthe employment market mechanism, which will provide a new idea for the healthy development of the new era higher vocational education.
