摘　　要：体育教育实习对于体育院校教育专业的学生是主要的学习内容之一,且具有重要的意义。对于初来乍到的实习学生来说,转换角色成为教师教好学生是有一定困难的。如何在短暂的实习期内,快速适应教学工作,提升教学能力,圆满完成实习工作,是摆在实习生面前的难题。作为指导教师,根据多年的教学经验,从外显能力和隐性能力两个方面对实习生加以指导启发,在教学过程中对一些关键环节提出了建议与意见,以期帮助实习生快速胜任教学工作。这些内容对已经走上工作岗位的年轻体育教师的成长也具有一定的借鉴意义。Physical education practice is one of the main learning contents for the students majoring in physical education and has important significance. For the newcomers to the internship, it is difficult to convert the role into a teacher and teach a good student. How to quickly adapt to teaching work, improve teaching ability and complete the internship is a difficult problem for interns. As a guidance teacher, based on years of teaching experience, from the explicit ability and recessive ability of the two aspects of guidance to the interns, in the teaching process to some key aspects of the suggestions, in order to help interns quickly competent teaching work. These contents are of great significance to the growth of the young P.E. teachers who have embarked on the job.
