摘　　要：本研究运用问卷调查的方法,了解管理学院四个年级两个专业学生对所学专业的认同程度,发现本科生对专业的认知度不足、投入度差异较大以及喜好程度较高的结论,对此从学院、老师和学生三个角度分别提出及时对学生进行就业指导、接收学生学习反馈和多参加专业实践等建议。This study applies the method of questionnaire survey to understand the major identity of 2 majors in all four grades in the school of management. It is concluded that students are in lack of understanding on their own majors, their devotion varies, and their acknowledge on major is high. The paper also offers suggestion of guiding students for employment, receiving students＇ feedback for learning and participating more professional practice from the view of schools, teachers and students separately.
