摘　　要：论文主要论述了中国银行业内部审计发展存在的问题,并以中国交通银行内部审计创新模式为样本,探讨破局之路。This paper mainly discusses the problems existing in the development of the internal audit in China＇s banking industry. And taking the innovation mode of internal audit of Bank of Communications as the example, the paper discusses the way ofbreakingthe situation.
