摘　　要：本文结合本人的工作经历总结了核磁共振谱仪的管理和维护工作。探讨了实施开放管理模式下对测试人员、仪器和实验室的管理措施。着重从磁体、探头、机柜、空压机系统方面总结了核磁共振谱仪维护经验,以期提高仪器的使用效率和延长仪器的使用寿命,更好的服务于教学科研工作,为高校"双一流"建设作出贡献。The discussion on management and maintenance of nuclear magnetic resonance （NMR） spectrometer are introduced in this paper. The management measures of tester, instrument and laboratory are explored. The maintenance of magnet, probe, cabinet and air compressor are discussed. It hoped that the discussion on management and maintenance of nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer could help managers to increase efficiency and prolong life of magnetic resonance spectrometer. And it would help managers to serve the teaching and research work and ＂Double Tops＂ construction better.
