摘　　要：近年来,随着全球化不断深入,高校体育教师公派留学俨然已成为高等教育国际化的发展趋势。高校体育教师公派留学是强化高校师资队伍的关键,是促进高等院校发展的保障,也是提升高校体育教师学术和教学水平的支撑。但从当前高校体育教师公派项目所反映出来的问题,无论从选拔、考核机制仍存在不足之处。本文通过文献检索等方法分析我国高校体育教师公派留学的现状,总结我国体育教师公派留学的特点,为今后体育教师公派项目的发展提供一定参考。In recent years, with the deepening of globalization, it has become the trend of internationalization of higher education that college physical education teachers send public students. It is the key to strengthen the Faculty of colleges and universities, the guarantee for the development of colleges and universities, and the support for the improvement of the academic and teaching level of the physical education teachers in Colleges and universities. However, there are still deficiencies in the selection and assessment mechanism from the current problems reflected by the public school physical education teachers. This paper analyzes the present situation of the public school students in Colleges and universities in our country by literature retrieval and summarizes the characteristics of the study of the sports teachers in China, so as to provide some reference for the development of the sports teachers＇ public projects in the future.
