Zung焦虑抑郁自评量表对消化内科门诊患者焦虑抑郁的相关分析

摘　　要：目的探讨对消化内科门诊患者行zung焦虑抑郁自评量表评估结果。方法选取我院2016年7月~2018年2月就诊的消化内科门诊患者中选取50例参与本组研究,对所有患者均行焦虑抑郁自评量表进行评估。分析50例消化内科门诊患者的焦虑和抑郁评分。结果经相关评估得到,SAS评分高于正常值的患者有42例,其比率为84.00%(42/50);其中轻度焦虑的患者的有28例,其比率为56.00%;中度焦虑的患者有10例,其比率为20.00%;重度焦虑的患者有4例,其比率为8.00%。SDS评分高于正常值的患者有43例(86.00%);其中轻度抑郁的患者有30例(60.00%);中度抑郁的患者有7例(14.00%);其中重度抑郁的患者有6例(12.00%)。结论对消化内科门诊患者行zung焦虑抑郁自评量表进行评估,其焦虑、抑郁的发生率较高,严重影响患者的正常生活。Objective To evaluate the Zung anxiety and depression self rating scale in outpatients of gastroenterology department.Methods From July 2016 to February 2018 50 patients from the outpatient department of digestive medicine in our hospital were selected to participate in the study.All patients were evaluated by Zung self rating anxiety scale. The anxiety and depression scores of 50 outpatients in gastroenterology department were analyzed.Results 42 patients with SAS score higher than the normal value were 84% （42/50）,of which 28 cases were mild anxiety,with a ratio of 56%;10 patients with moderate anxiety,with a ratio of 20%;4 patients with severe anxiety,with a rate of 8%.The SDS score was higher than the normal value of 43 cases,with a ratio of 86%;of those with mild depression in 30 cases,with a rate of 60%; moderate depressive patients in 7 cases,with a rate of 14%;among those with severe depression,5 had a rate of 10%.Conclusion The Zung anxiety and depression self rating scale for patients in the outpatient department of digestive medicine is evaluated, and the incidence of anxiety and depression is higher, which seriously a-ects the normal life of the patients.
