摘 要:目的研究交配期金雀异黄素(GEN)暴露对亲代母鼠体重和血脂的影响。方法将雌雄大鼠随机分为三组,用含不同剂量的GEN进行喂饲,结束后分离母鼠脏器并检测相应指标。结果 G900组母鼠子宫重量显著增加,G300组HDL水平显著降低,但两组体重及摄食量无明显影响。结论交配期GEN暴露对亲代母鼠生殖系统及血脂调控产生影响。Objective To investigate the effects of maternal genistein(GEN) on body weight and blood lipids of dams during mating season. Methods Rats were randomly divided into 3 groups with 900, 300 and 0 mg per kg diet(G900, G300 and CON). Detach the organs and detect corresponding indexes of females. Results the uterine weight in G900 was increased, and the level of HDL in G300 was reduced, but there was no significant effect on the weight and food intake in two dose groups. Conclusion GEN performs an effect on reproductive system and blood lipid regulation of female rats during mating season.
