摘 要:近年来,龋病研究的不断发展,使龋损的临床处理逐渐向微创、预防的方向转变。在新的龋病诊断及治疗模式的影响下,非成洞邻面龋的处理也在发生变化,应早期诊断、早期治疗,以求控制龋损进展,减少对牙体组织破坏。可采用改良牙合翼片拍摄、数字化传感器、锥形束CT等新型检查技术检测龋病,而再矿化疗法、树脂渗透疗法等微创干预措施在治疗中的应用也取得了良好的效果。一系列新的技术措施的开展,使非成洞邻面龋成为目前龋病临床研究的一个重要方向。In recent years,with the development of dental caries, the management of caries have gradually changed to minimal invasion and prevention. With the influence of the new caries detection and assessment system, the management of non-cavitaed proximal caries changed too. Early detection,diagnosis and treatment and control the development of proximal careis and reduce the destruction of tooth tissue. New detection techniques such as modified bitewing radiography, digital sensor,cone beam computed tomography have been used to detect dental caries, and the application of minimal-invasive intervention measures including re-mineralization and resin-infiltration has got satisfactory results, which made non-cavitated proximal caries be a focus of current caries research.
