摘 要:仪器分析课程是药学专业本科学员必修的一门专业基础课,大多数高等院校在该课程的教学中存在理论与实践脱节现象,严重影响其教学效果。我们综合全校的资源,在分析仪器现场进行小班化教学,同时要求学员参与部分教学实验的准备工作,使理论与实践即时紧密相连;再通过学员课前总结回顾、讨论上次课的重点内容,有效巩固了小班现场化的教学效果,实践证明小班现场教学法在仪器分析课程教学中是行之有效的方法。Instrumental Analysis is an important professional basic course for pharmacy major.Theoretical and experimental teaching of this course is separated in many universities or colleges,which has affected the teaching effect.Good education resources were comprehensively utilized in our smallclass and field-based teaching of instrumental analysis,and students were asked to part in the preparations of some teaching experiments,which closely connected theoretical and experimental teaching of this course.Furthermore,the effect of small-class and field-based teaching of this course was effectively strengthened by the students' review and discussion of important contents of the last lesson.The results together demonstrated that small-class and field-based teaching was effective teaching method in instrumental analysis course.
