摘 要:目的运用教育测量学理论,客观评价西安交通大学2010级和2012级临床医学专业八年制眼科学考试成绩和试卷质量,利用考试的教学信息反馈功能,推动教学工作的改进,提高教学质量。方法采用Excel和SPSS统计软件,对成绩和试卷质量进行评价。成绩评介指标包括平均分、标准差、正态性检验、成绩分布频数等;试卷质量评价指标包括信度(r)、效度、难度(P)和区分度(D)等。结果 2010和2012级平均成绩分别为85.91和73.87分,标准差为9.36和7.67,信度系数分别为0.84和0.48,偏态值分别为0.77和0.54,符合正态分布;试卷难度系数分别为0.81和0.73,区分度分别为0.24和0.20。结论两个年级的试卷信度、区分度均一般,2010级略优于2012级;在难度上,2010级偏易,2012级难度适中;两份试卷的质量均一般,试题质量有待提高。Objective Using education theory to evaluate the quality of ophthalmology final examination paper for eight-year system medical students enrolled in 2010 and 2012 from Xi'an Jiaotong University,analyzing the examination results and feeding back to the teachers,to promote and improve the teaching quality of ophthalmology.Methods Statistical analysis was made on the final examination results of ophthalmology for students enrolled in 2010 and 2012.The average score,standard deviation,distribution frequency,difficulty coefficient,discrimination degree and reliability coefficient of the examination papers were calculated.Results The students enrolled in 2010 scores and examination papers showed the mean of scores being 85.91±9.36,the reliability coefficient being 0.84,difficulty coefficient being 0.81,discrimination degree being 0.24.And the students enrolled in 2012 scores and examination papers showed the mean of scores being 73.87±7.67,the reliability coefficient being 0.48,difficulty coefficient being 0.73.discrimination degree being 0.20.Both examination papers of 2010 and2012 appears normal distribution.Conclusion The reliability coefficient and discrimination degree of both examination papers of the students enrolled in 2010 and 2012 are ordinary.2010 just a little better than 2012.The difficulty of the 2012's test paper is easier,2010's is moderate,Two examination results are real and objective,but the quality need to improve.
