摘 要:本研究主要针对福建省寿宁县茶园土壤硒状况及其生物有效性展开调查研究,结果表明该区域典型茶园土壤全硒含量变幅为0.29~0.84 mg·kg^(-1),平均值为0.57 mg·kg^(-1),83.33%茶园土壤硒含量达到富硒标准;土壤有效硒范围为18.59~36.98μg·kg^(-1),平均值为22.80μg·kg^(-1)。土壤全硒和有效硒之间存在显著的正相关关系;茶园土壤有效硒和p H之间存在显著的正相关关系,而与有机质之间的相关性不明显。寿宁县茶叶硒含量为0.035~0.069 mg·kg^(-1),平均0.052 mg·kg^(-1),富硒土壤中茶叶硒的含量明显高于非富硒土壤;茶叶硒含量与土壤全硒含量之间相关性不显著,而与土壤有效硒含量存在极显著的相关性,说明土壤有效硒比土壤全硒更能代表土壤供硒状况。The status and bioavailability of selenium (Se) in soil of tea plantations in Shouning county were studied. The total Se content in the soil at a typical tea plantation ranged 0.29-0.84 mg·kg^-1 averaging 0.57 mg·kg^-1 . Of the plantations surveyed, 83.33% were Se-rich. The effective Se content ranged 18.59-36.98 μg·kg^-1 with an average of 22.80 μg·kg^-1 . There was a significant correlation between the total and effective Se in the soil; one between the available Se and pH; but none between the available Se and organic matters. The Se content in tea leaves was 0.035-0.069 mg·kg^-1 with an average of 0.052 mg·kg^-1 . There was no significant correlation between the total Se in soil and the Se content in tea leaves. However, there was a significant correlation between the available Se and Se in the leaves. Thus, available Se in soil was a better indicator than total Se for determining the Se supply in a soil.
