循环水冷却塔水动风机技术改造可行性研究

摘  要:根据循环水装置运行情况,通过各运行参数的实际测量和理论计算,对循环水冷却塔风机电机驱动改水轮机驱动进行可行性分析。结果表明,在不改变循环水泵工况的情况下,改造后冷却风机转速能够达到额定值,满足循环水冷却塔温降要求,而且具有较好的经济效益和环境效益。A feasibility turbine drive was finished study about changing motor drive in circulating water cooling tower to hydraulic measuring the real operation parameter and theoreti ealealeulation. The results shows that in ease of no change of circulating water pump ease, the revolution of cooling fan after change could reach the nominated value, and meet the requirement for cooling down the cooling tower. The economic benefit and environmental benefit are quite well.
