摘 要:近年来,随着人力成本的提高和定制家具的发展,数控技术逐渐从金属加工领域应用到木工加工领域。由于家具行业装配质量要求的不断提高,家具企业对数控木工机械的精度要求也在不断提升。因此,对数控木工机械的位置精度进行检测和补偿,将会成为提高数控木工机床精度的重要手段。本文着重介绍了激光干涉仪的工作原理、组成部件,以及在数控木工机械精度检测和精度补偿上的应用,数控木工机械通过精度补偿,达到提高其加工精度的目的。In recent years, with the increase of manpower cost and the development of customized furniture, numerical control technology has been gradually applied from the field of metal processing to the field of woodworking.Due to the continuous improve- ment of the assembly quality requirements in the furniture industry, the precision requirements of the CNC woodworking machinery in the furniture enterprises are also constantly improving.Therefore, the detection and compensation of position precision of CNC woodworking machines will be an important means to improve the precision of CNC woodworking machines.This paper mainly intro- duces the working prineiple and components of laser interferometer, as well as its application in precision detection and precision compensation of CNC woodworking machinery.Through the testing case of laser interferomctcr, the precision testing of CNC wood- working compound machining center is carried out.Aeeording to the test data, the precision compensation finally improves the posi- tioning precision and repeatable positioning precision of CNCwoodworking compound maehining eenter.
