摘　　要：科学有效的价值获取机制是高新技术产业创新生态系统可持续发展的保证。通过对比利时微电子研究中心(IMEC)主导的比利时微电子产业创新生态系统案例的探索性和解释性研究,详细阐述其以知识产权为基础的独特价值获取机制,据此提出"协调者"知识产权价值获取概念模型,为中国高新技术产业创新生态系统的价值获取理论研究和实践拓展提供参考。The scientific and effective value appropriation mechanism is a guarantee of sustainable development of high-tech industrial innovation ecosystem. This article first elaborates the unique mechanism of intellectual property value appropriation based on the explora-tory and explanatory case study of IMEC, and then proposes the＂ Orchestrator＂ conceptual model of intellectual property value appro-priation. It finally points out its implications for high-tech industrial innovation ecosystem research and practice.
