摘 要:建立了气相色谱-质谱法测定食品接触橡胶制品中抗氧剂2246的检测方法。通过优化前处理方法 ,确定以丙酮为提取溶剂,采用直接回流法进行3小时提取后对抗氧剂2246含量进行测定。结果表明该方法准确度高,检出限为2mg/kg。迁移实验结果证明,在10%乙醇和橄榄油食品模拟液中抗氧剂2246的迁移量相对较高,在蒸馏水食品模拟液中的迁移量明显低于其他模拟物中的迁移量,且随温度的升高抗氧剂2246的迁移速率加快。The method for determination of antioxidant 2246 in food contact rubber pipes was developed by gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GCMS). After reflux extraction for 3 hours with acetone as the extraetant, the content of antioxidant 2246 was determined by GCMS. The results showed that this method was accurate, and the limit of detection was 2 mg/kg. The results of migration research proved that the migration of antioxidant 2246 in the 10% ethanol and the olive oil simulants was much higher than that in the distilled water simulant. Furthermore, the migration of antioxidant 2246 was accelerated with the increase of temperature.
