摘　　要：适应性教育是大学教育的重要环节和内容之一。刚刚踏进大学校门的新生能否尽快地完成角色转换、适应新的环境、面对新的生活,直接影响着大学生思想、学习、生活的方方面面,直接影响着学生能否在大学健康成长与发展。针对大学生入学初期普遍存在的问题提出解决对策,帮助大学生尽快完成由中学生到大学生的角色转换,尽快地适应大学生活,从而顺利完成学业,为进入社会做好充分准备,是高校辅导员工作的重要内容。Adaptive education is one of the important links and content of university education. College freshmen who have juststepped into the university should complete the role transformation as soon as possible, adapting to the new environment and facing newlife. This may directly affect college students＇ thinking, learning and life, and their healthily developmentas well. According to theproblems existing in the early stage of students＇ entry, we propose solutions to help college students to complete the role transition frommiddle school students to college students as soon as possible, and adapt to university life as soon as possible, so as to successfullycomplete their studies and prepare for entering the society. This is an important work of college counseling teachers.
