摘　　要：感光干膜是印制电路板行业的重要原料,其主体部分是光致抗蚀剂,属高端化学品。2017年,世界感光干膜市值约15.4亿美元,预计2022年将达22.75亿美元。介绍了国内外感光干膜的生产现状。Photosensitive dry-film is one of the important raw-materials for PCB industry. It＇s main part is the photoresist, which belongs to high-end chemicals. In 2017, the world market value of light-induced corrosion resist ant dry-film is about 1.54 billion dollars, and expected to reach 2. 275 billion dollars in 2022. The product status quo of photosensitive dry film in China and abroad was introduced.
