摘  要:聚四氢呋喃作为氨纶生产的重要原料,对氨纶力学性能起着决定性作用。为深入了解不同厂商聚四氢呋喃产品差异,针对巴斯夫、韩国K-PTG、山西三维、陕化的聚四氢呋喃样品进行分子量、黏度、GPC、红外以及核磁分析。在分析过程采用了一种更为直观的分子量分段占比GPC分析曲线对4种样品进行对比分析。并根据对样品的多次GPC测试结果总结出一个用于衡量产品稳定性的新的产品指标峰位分子量(Mp)。通过对不同厂商样品的分析研究,发现不同厂商样品在分子量、黏度以及样品组分都存在较大的差异。Polytetrahydrofuran is an important raw material for spandex production and plays a decisive role in the mechanical properties of spandex. In order to gain insight into the differences in polytetrahydrofuran products from different manufacturers, four kinds of polytetrahydrofuran respectively obtained from BASF, Korea K-PTG, Shanxi Sanwei, and Shaanhua were analyzed by molecular weight, viscosity, GPC, FTIR and NMR. In the analysis process, a more intuitive molecular weight segmentation ratio GPC analysis curve was used to compare and analyze the four products. Based on the results of multiple GPC tests on the sample, a new product index peak molecular weight Mp was measured to measure product stability. Through analysis of different manufacturers' samples, it is found that the samples of different manufacturers have some differences in molecular weight, viscosity and sample composition.
