螺旋扩弓器扩弓对6例上颌牙弓缩窄患者上颌牙弓宽度变化的影响

摘　　要：[背景]观察螺旋扩弓器扩弓对上颌牙弓缩窄患者上颌牙弓宽度变化的影响.[病例报告]选择上颌牙弓缩窄患者6例,用上颌螺旋扩弓器扩弓,比较扩弓前后上颌石膏模型上牙弓宽度变化.扩弓前后双侧前磨牙间距增量为2.57mm,双侧磨牙间距增量为3.92mm.[讨论]上颌螺旋扩弓器对青少年上颌扩弓效果明显,对年轻成年人亦有上颌扩弓效果.BACKGROUND To observe the effects of expansion screw on the maxillary arch width in patients with maxillary arch constriction.CASE REPORTS 6 patients with maxillary arch constriction were selected.Maxillary expansion screw was used to extend maxillary arch.The variation of upper dental arch width of the plaster model before and after extension was compared.After the expansion the distance increment of bilateral premolars was 2.57 mm,and the distance between the bilateral molars increased by3.92 mm.DISCUSSION Maxillary expansion screw had obvious effect on the extension of maxillary arch in teenagers,it also had effect on young adults.
