下颌第3磨牙完全埋伏垂直阻生拔除术U形切口16例临床观察

摘　　要：[背景]观察下颌第3磨牙完全埋伏垂直阻生拔除术U形切口的临床疗效.[病例报告]选择下颌第3磨牙完全埋伏垂直阻生患者32例,随机分为U形切口组和角形切口组,每组各为16例,采用相应的拔牙方法拔除下颌智齿.比较两组术后第2d局部肿胀、开口受限发生情况及术后第7d切口裂开发生情况.U形切口组术后第2d局部肿胀和术后第7d切口裂开发生率均显著低于角形切口组(P<0.05),U形切口组术后第2d开口受限情况与角形切口组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).[讨论]第3磨牙完全埋伏垂直阻生拔除术U形切口疗效满意.BACKGROUND To observe the clinical efficacy of the U-shaped incision in mandibular vertical impacted third molar extraction.CASE REPORTS 32 patients with mandibular complete impacted third molars were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups,U-shaped incision group and angular incision group,16 patients in each group.The mandibular wisdom teeth were extracted by tooth extraction method.Observe the local swelling and opening restriction on the 2 nd day and the incision dehiscence on the7 th day after the operation.The local swelling on the 2 nd day after operation and incision dehiscence on the7 th day after operation of the U-shaped incision group were significantly lower than those of the angular incision（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in opening restriction on the 2 nd day after operation between the two groups（P〉0.05）.DISCUSSION The U-shaped incision in mandibular vertical impacted third molar extraction had a satisfactory curative effects.
