摘　　要：武警院校实战化教学训练是武警军事人才培养的重要环节。根据武警院校军事教学训练实战化的必要性，从思想观念、教学实施、考核评价、教学保障等方面，揭示了武警院校教学训练向实战化靠拢过程中存在的不足之处，并针对性的进行了深入思考，以期为提高武警院校实战化教学训练能力提供有价值的参考。The practical teaching and training of the PAP Colleges and universities is an im- portant link in the military personnel training. From the necessity of military teaching and training is further elaborated, the teaching and training of the PAP is revealed from the as- pects of ideological concept, teaching implementation, assessment and teaching support. In order to provide a valuable reference for improving the practical training ability of military colleges and universities, the shortcomings in the course of closing the practical teaching and training are discussed.
