摘 要:目的使用Pentacam眼前节分析系统测量不同年龄阶段眼前房结构,探讨随年龄增长眼前房结构的变化规律。方法前瞻性研究。连续入选2016年4—12月在黑龙江大庆油田总医院眼科门诊患者87例(174眼),按年龄分为18~30岁组、31~50岁组、51~70岁组、71~90岁组,共4组,使用Pentacam眼前节分析系统测量前房容积、前房深度、前房角。利用SPSS 19.0统计分析软件进行分析,对比各年龄阶段间前房容积、前房深度、前房角的差异,及前房容积、前房深度、前房角与年龄的相关性分析。结果 71~90岁组、51~70岁组、31~50岁组、18~30岁组前房容积分别为(141.76±62.78)mm^3、(143.58±53.78)mm^3、(161.26±52.58)mm^3、(171.83±47.91)mm^3,各组间差异有统计学意义(F=3.145,P=0.028);71~90岁组、51~70岁组、31~50岁组、18~30岁组前房深度分别为(2.71±0.64)mm、(2.80±0.53)mm、(2.83±0.54)mm、(2.98±0.45)mm,各组间差异有统计学意义(F=4.966,P=0.017);前房容积、前房深度与年龄呈正相关(r=0.277,P<0.001;r=0.201,P=0.008)。结论 Pentacam眼前节分析系统测量眼前房结构结果客观、精确;随年龄增长,眼前房容积、前房深度逐渐减小。Objective Measuring the structure of the anterior chamber of patients at different ages by pentacam analysis system,and to explore the changes of anterior chamber structure with the increase of age.Methods This is a prospective study. From April 2016 to December 2016,87 cases of outpatients( 174 eyes)those who visit ophthalmology department of Daqing oil field general hospital were enrolled,and they were divided into four groups according to the age( 18 to 30 years group,31 to 50 years group,51 to 70 years group,71 to 90 year group).To measure the anterior chamber volume,the anterior chamber depth,and the anterior chamber angle by using Pentacam analysis system. Analyze the differences of anterior chamber volume,anterior chamber depth,and the anterior chamber angle among the four groups,and the relationship between anterior chamber volume,anterior chamber depth,anterior chamber angle and age.Results The anterior chamber volume of 71 to 90 years group,51 to70 years group,31 to 50 years group,18 to 30 years group were 141. 76 ± 62. 78 mm3,143.58±53.78 mm3,161.26 ± 52. 58 mm3,and 171. 83 ± 47. 91 mm3 respectively,the difference among the four groups was statistically significant( F = 3.145,P = 0.028).The anterior chamber depth of 71 to 90 years group,51 to 70 years group,31 to 50 years group,and 18 to 30 years group were 2.71±0.64 mm,2.80±0.53 mm,2.83±0.54 mm,and 2.98±0.45 mm respectively,and the difference among the four groups was statistically significant( F = 4.966,P = 0.017). Anterior chamber volume and anterior chamber depth were positively correlated to age( r = 0.277,P〈0.001;r = 0.201,P = 0. 008). Conclusions The results of pentacam analysis system in measuring anterior chamber structure is objective and accurately. With the increase of age,the anterior chamber volume and anterior chamber depth gradually decreased.
