摘 要:目的探讨模拟教学在糖尿病患者胰岛素笔注射教育中的应用效果。方法选取200例首次应用胰岛素笔注射胰岛素的糖尿病患者,随机分为传统组和模拟组,分别对两组患者进行胰岛素笔注射胰岛素教育,比较两组患者在首次自我注射时的情绪反应、理论知识和操作技能成绩、自我注射存在问题、满意度是否有统计学意义。结果与传统组比较,模拟组首次自我注射时的情绪反应、理论知识和操作技能成绩、自我注射存在问题、满意度方面有显著差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论模拟教学提高患者首次自我注射胰岛素的信心,提高了患者理论识水平及操作技能,是糖尿病患者出院后注射胰岛素依从性的有力保障。Objective To investigate the application effect of simulated teaching in insulin pen injection education for diabetic patients.Methods Selected 200 cases of diabetic patients who applied insulin pen insulin injections for the first time,randomly divided into conventional group and simulated group. The two groups of patients received education of insulin pen for insulin injection respectively. Emotional response in the first self injection,theoretical knowledge and operation skill,self injection problem,and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the traditional group,the differences of Emotional response in the first self injection,theoretical knowledge and operation skill,self injection problem,and satisfaction between the two groups were statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusions The simulated teaching improves the patient ' s confidence in insulin injection for the first time,improves the patient's theoretical knowledge level and operational skills,and it is a strong guarantee for the insulin compliance of patients with diabetes after discharge.
