摘　　要：中医药文化是中国哲学的重要组成部分,中医思维方式是中国哲学思维方式的重要体现。中医药文化蕴含着中国传统道德哲学崇尚的生命与自然和谐的思想、人文哲理推崇的生命权利和本能思想以及古代朴素辩证唯物思想,核心是系统思维和整体价值。中医是精神、文化、物质的结合体,而文化价值最为重要,反映着人的身体与心灵意识,以及对生命、环境、社会的感知方式,是在精神世界和物质世界中打开从哲学思维到诊疗理念、行为方式,从生命个体到环境、社会的一种特别的对话和交互方式。中医药文化的哲学意蕴及其价值拓展是中医药传承创新的重要内容,在实现路径上,主要包括塑造个体的健康观念、内化道德属性、推动和谐共生、促进生态文明等。As an important part of Chinese philosophy, traditional Chinese medicine culture contains the thoughts of harmony between life and nature advocated by traditional Chinese moral philosophy, fight to life and instinct thought commended by humanities philosophy and ancient plain dialectical materialism, which core was systematic thinking and macrocosm relevance. Traditional Chinese medicine was a combination of spirit, culture and material, in which the cultural value was the most important part, refleeting the physical and spiritual awareness of people, and the way they perceive life, environment and society. Meanwhile, it has opened up a special way of dialogue and interaction from the philosophical thinking to the concept and behavior, and from individual to environment and society in the spiritual and the material world. The philosophical implication and value expansion of traditional Chinese medicine culture was important content of the inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine. The main path to implementation include shaping of individual health concept, internalization of moral attributes, advancement of social harmony, and promotion of ecological civilization.
