摘 要:对用于四组分分离的Kaibel隔板塔和完全热耦合隔板塔4-DWC在多晶硅还原工段中分离三氯氢硅的应用进行了模拟研究。首先,将不同结构的复杂塔简化为在热力学上等效的简单塔序列流程,利用简捷法设计计算得到初值;再利用严格模拟进行参数优化和模拟计算。结果表明:与常规三塔顺序分离流程相比,Kaibel隔板塔可节约能耗26.43%,4-DWC节约能耗36%,设备数量大大减少。Two four-product dividing wall columns,Kaibel Dividing Wall Column( Kaibel DWC) and fully thermally coupled Dividing Wall Column( 4-DWC),were proposed as innovation process to separate trichlorosilane from reduction plant in polycrystalline silicon system. Using commercial software packages of Aspen Plus,Kaibel DWC and 4-DWC can be simulated by employing corresponding thermodynamically equivalent sequences of simple columns. Based on reliable estimates by the short-cut method,the rigorous steady-state simulation of the Kaibel DWC was obtained. The structure parameters and the operation parameters were optimized. The simulation results indicated that compared with the conventional configuration for the Kaibel DWC and 4-DWC,the energy saving were 26. 43% and 36%,respectively,and the equipment investment was reduced.
