摘　　要：基于我国农产品电子商务发展现状及农产品安全必要性,需要调整和更新食品安全监督政策。本文着重讨论了分段监督政策:在源头对农资供应商进行监管;在物流过程中加强配送体系建设;在销售过程中引入适度惩罚、引导自治、鼓励竞争、防止垄断和建立信用评价体系等政策来解决农产品在市场交易过程中信息不对称问题;同时建立完善的农产品质量安全可追溯检测体系,以期为我国的农产品电商化健康运营提出可鉴性意见。Based on the current situation of China＇s agricultural e-commerce development and the necessity of agricultural product safety, it is urgently need to adjust and update the food safety supervision policy. This paper focused on the discussion on the policy of subsection supervision： agricultural suppliers should be supervised in the original source; the distribution system needed to be strengthened in the logistics; in order to solve the problem of information asymmetry in the process of agricultural products＇ market transaction, we should introduce some policies such as appropriate punishment, guiding autonomy, encouraging competition, preventing monopoly and establishing credit evaluation system; a perfect traceability inspection system for the quality safety of agricultural products should be established, so as to provide some suggestions for the health operation of e-commerce of agricultural products in China.
