从“胰属脾”谈胰腺癌的病机要素

摘　　要：胰腺是重要的消化器官。尽管中医很早就发现了胰腺的存在,但脏象学说未涉及胰。根据现代医学揭示的胰腺功能,和中医经典文献关于胰腺与脾的论述,可以将胰腺归于中医脾脏进行认识。基于这一观点,提出胰腺癌的病机包括＂病位在胰,其属为脾＂＂多因伤食,本虚为先＂＂病性属毒,兼夹湿热＂三项要素,供研究参考。The pancreas is a critic digestive organ. Though the presence of the pancreas has been discovered in Chinese medicine long time before,the doctrine of visceral manifestation has no discussion on the pancreas. According to the pancreatic function revealed by modern medicine and the description of pancreas and spleen in the classical Chinese medical literature,the pancreas might be recognized as a spleen organ by TCM theory. Based on this view,the pathogenesis elements of pancreatic cancer could be concluded as pancreatic location and spleen attribution,improper diet induction and deficiency prior,toxic nature and damp-heat presence herein.
