摘 要:目的:探索口腔修复学临床实践的教学新模式以提高口腔医学生的实习质量。方法:在重医医科大学口腔医学本科生修复学临床实习中,将学生分为两组:实验组引入学生主导型的实习规划教学模式;对照组采用传统教学模式,以出科考试(包括理论考试和操作考试)成绩进行教学效果的对照评估。结果:两组学生理论考试成绩间没有明显的差异,但操作考试实验组成绩明显优于对照组,操作成绩优良的学生实验组显著多于对照组,两组间有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:以学生为主导的"学—教模式"相较传统的以教师为中心的"教—学模式"更有助于提升口腔本科实习生在修复学实践中的操作能力。Objective:To explore a new teaching model for clinical practice of prosthodontics to improve the quality of practice for oral medical students.Methods:In the clinical practice of reconstructive surgery for undergraduate students majoring in stomatology at the School of Medical and Medical Sciences,the students were divided into two groups:the experimental group introduced a student-oriented internship planning teaching model;the control group adopted a traditional teaching model and took the exam(including theory Examinations and Operational Tests) Grades A comparative evaluation of the effectiveness of teaching.Results:There was no significant difference between the theoretical test scores of the two groups of students,but the performance of the experimental test group was significantly better than that of the control group.The experimental group with excellent operating performance was significantly more than the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P〈0. 01). Conclusion:The student-led"learning-teaching model"is more conducive to improving the operating ability of undergraduate interns in prosthetic practices than the traditional teacher-centered"teaching-learning model."
