中西医结合治疗正己烷中毒导致周围神经病的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合治疗正己烷中毒导致周围神经病的效果。方法:将2017年1月—2018年1月在我院神经内科治疗的60例正己烷中毒导致周围神经病的患者随机分为两组,对照组采用鼠源性神经生长因子(m NGF)治疗,观察组采用针灸联合m NGF治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、神经传导速度、症状积分变化。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后尺神经、正中神经、胫后神经、腓浅神经的MCV、SCV与对照组相比明显加快(P<0.05);观察组治疗后症状积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗正己烷中毒导致周围神经病的效果显著,能有效缓解症状,促进受损神经的运动和感觉传导速度,改善患侧肢体功能,具有积极的临床意义。Objective： To explore the effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of peripheral neuropathy caused by n-hexane poisoning. Method： 60 patients with peripheral neuropathy caused by n-hexane poisoning treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into two groups： the control group was treated with rat derived nerve growth factor （mNGF） and the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with mNGF. The clinical efficacy, nerve conduction velocity and symptom score were compared between the two groups. Results： The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67%, which was significantly higher than 73.33% in the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, MCV and SCV of ulnar nerve, median nerve, tibia posterior nerve, and superficial peroneal nerve were significantly accelerated in the observation group compared with the control group （P〈0.05）. The symptom score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrated Chinese and western medicine was effective in the treatment of peripheral neuropathy caused by n-hexane poisoning, the combination was effective in relieving symptoms, promoting the motor and sensory conduction velocity of injured nerve, and improving the limb function of the affected side, which was of positive clinical significance.
