摘　　要：高素质应用型信息专业人才的培养,是国内外高等教育工作者近年来关注的热点问题。本研究提出并实践了一种通信工程专业应用型人才培养模式,依托研究所本科生科技小组培养学生的实践能力和创新能力,并利用现代信息技术提升实践教学条件,改善实践教学效果,从而培养出能够适应并支撑信息社会发展的高素质应用型信息专业人才。The cultivation of high-quality and application-oriented information professional is a hot issue for higher education workers at home and abroad in recent years. This study proposes the application and practice of a type of communication engineering specialty talents training mode, relying on science and technology research institute undergraduate group to cultivate students＇ practice ability and innovation ability. And we use modern information technology to improve teaching conditions and teaching effect, so as to cultivate high-quality applied talents to adapt and support the development of the information society.
