摘　　要：本文运用文献资料调研法,问卷调查法,数理统计法和逻辑分析法等研究方法对湘西地区中学体育教师职业倦怠现状进行调查与分析。结果显示:湘西地区中学体育教师职业倦怠总体较为严重。This paper uses the literature research method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method to investigate and analyze the current situation of middle school PE teachers＇ job burnout in Xiangxi.The results show that the occupational burnout of middle school PE teachers in Xiangxi area is generally serious.
