摘　　要：本文围绕广东工业大学学生团支部建设现状开展网络问卷调研,发现高校学生团支部对"一学一做"认识不足,在活动形式与内容上有待创新,也缺乏有效的条件与资源保障,提出团支部应该进一步健全制度建设,增强团员意识教育;不断提升团干素质,丰富团支部活动特色;努力构筑网络阵地,打造团支部精神家园,以促进高校学生基层团建活动提质增效,扎实贯彻落实好团中央"一学一做"教育实践活动的精神。This paper conducts a network questionnaire survey on the status quo of the construction of the student group branch of Guangdong University of Technology. It is found that the college student branch has insufficient understanding of＂one school, one job＂, needs to be innovative in the form and content of the activity, and lacks effective conditions and resources to protect the group. The branch should further improve the system construction, enhance the awareness of the members＇ awareness; continuously improve the quality of the group and enrich the activities of the group branch; strive to build an online position, create a spiritual home for the group branch, and promote the grassroots group building activities of college students to improve quality and efficiency, and implement We wilt implement the spirit of the ＂One Learning, One Doing＂ education practice in the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League.
