摘 要:构建适合中国学情的翻转课堂教学模式是确保翻转课堂教学效果的有效保证。本研究以山东省淄博市部分初级中学的学生为对象展开翻转课堂的满意度调查,根据美国顾客满意度模型构建了学生视角下翻转课堂满意度模型,问卷包括质量感知、价值感知、满意度和忠诚度4个变量、36道题项。调查数据分析显示4个变量之间存在正相关。淄博市实行的生物翻转课堂教学模式得到了学生的认可,学生对翻转课堂的各个环节均具有较高的满意度。Constructing a flipping classroom teaching mode suitable for Chinese learning is an effective guarantee to ensure the effect of flipping classroom teaching. In this study, the students in some junior high schools in Zibo City, Shandong Province were selected to conduct the satisfaction survey of the flipping classroom. According to the American customer satisfaction model, the flipping classroom satisfaction model was constructed from the perspective of students. The questionnaire included quality perception, value perception, satisfaction and loyalty 4 variables, 36 items. Survey data analysis showed a positive correlation between the four variables. The bio-inverted classroom teaching mode implemented in Zibo City has been recognized by students, and students have high satisfaction with all aspects of the flipping classroom.
