摘　　要：采用文献资料、古文字考释等方法分析东巴文中的休闲体育文字。根据东巴文的象形特征,结合休闲体育的特点,对东巴文中相关的资料信息进行挖掘,旨在揭示休闲体育从纳西族先民生产生活、渔猎活动、战争等中分离、形成、发展的过程。主要结论:休闲体育中的不同项目在纳西族先民生产生活、渔猎活动、战争等中的分离时间、分离方式、分离的程度都不尽相同。有的休闲体育项目只有相近的东巴字诞生,并且没有形成相应的运动项目和项目名称;有的项目正在分离,已经具有了相应项目雏形或项目名称,但在内涵上差别较大,不能等同于休闲体育项目本身;有的已经分离成为休闲体育项目,并在纳西族民众中广泛开展,且一直流传至今。Using the method of literature, the paper analyzes leisure sports scripts in Dongba characters. According to the features of pictograph in these characters and the traits of leisure sports, the paper explores information in Dongba characters and aims to shed lights on the development of leisure sports which is separated from production lives, fishing, hunting activities and wars of Naxi ancestors. Main conclusion is that different items of leisure sports are not the same in separation time, separation mode and separation degree in the aspects mentioned above. Some sports items only have similar Dongba characters and don＇t form corresponding sports and names; Some items are in the process of separation, and have prototypes and names, but there are great differences in connotative meanings; Others are separated from Dongba characters and form leisure sports items which develope widely and have been passed in Naxi nationality.
