摘　　要：本实验通过对防晒霜各添加成分进行对比分析,选择一款较为合理的配方。以PCA-Na作保湿剂,并分别加入不同量的蚕丝蛋白粉、传统防晒剂ZnO以及不加防晒剂制成防晒霜。对它们的保湿能力、防晒能力、感官性能进行测试,得到一款安全、稳定、防晒性能好的蚕丝蛋白防晒霜。In this paper, a reasonable sunscreen cream formulation was preferred through comparison and analyzation of the ingredient in sunscreen. Then different amount of silk protein powder, traditional sunscreen ZnO and no-sunscreen was added to the preferred sunscreen cream formulation respectively with PCA-Na as a moisturizer to prepare the sunscreen sample. At last, their moisturizing ability, sun protection performance, sensory evaluation were tested to get a safe, stable silk protein sunscreen cream with high sun protection performance.
