摘　　要：临床药学本科毕业生在完成5年专业学习后,如何尽快完成角色转换,适应新环境,发挥临床药师的作用。本文通过分析对比学生在实践学习中的"客场"优势及参加工作后的"主场"劣势,提出临床药学本科毕业生需要具备的临床责任与能力,并建议临床药学本科毕业生在临床工作中找准切入点,才能尽快完成临床药师角色的转换,成为临床治疗团队中不可替代的重要组成部分。After completing 5 years of professional study, graduates of clinical pharmacy can complete the role transformation as soon as possible, adapt to the new environment, and play the role of clinical pharmacists. This paper analyzes and compares the “away” advantages of students in practical learning and the “home” disadvantages after participating in the work, and proposes the clinical responsibilities and abilities of clinical pharmacy graduates. It is suggested that the undergraduate students of clinical pharmacy should find the correct cut-in point in clinical work so as to complete the transformation of clinical pharmacist＇s role as soon as possible and become an irreplaceable important part of the clinical treatment team.
