摘 要:目的:探讨巴林特小组心理干预对湖北省儿科护士职业倦怠、生活质量和离职的影响。方法:随机选取湖北省5所三甲医院168名儿科护士,分为干预组与未干预组。比较干预前和干预后4周、8周后两组儿科护士的职业倦怠、职业生活质量评分,干预后两年内随访观察两组儿科护士的离职率。结果:干预8周后,干预组职业倦怠量表总分明显低于未干预组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);职业生活质量评分显著高于未干预组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后两年内,干预组儿科护士离职率(22.6%)明显低于未干预组(33.3%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:巴林特小组心理干预可显著降低儿科护士工作压力,减轻职业倦怠感,并改善职业生活质量,减轻离职倾向,降低儿科护士的远期离职率。Objective: ToF explore the impact of occupational burnout, quality of life and resignation of pediatric nurses in psychological intervention of Balint Group in Hubei Province. Methods: 168 pediatric nurses of 5 hospitals were selected randomly. They were divided into two groups of with or without intervention by random number table method. The job burnout and professional life quality of two groups were evaluated by questionnaire. The change and differences of two scores in two groups were compared. The turnover rates of two groups were observed within two years after intervention. Results: After 8 weeks of intervention, the total burnout scale of the intervention group was significantly lower than the non-intervention group The difference was statistically significant ( P 〈0.05). The occupational quality of life scale of the intervention group was significantly higher than the non-intervention group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈0.05). Within two years after intervention, the turnover rate of pediatric nurses in the intervention group (22.6%) was significantly lower than that in the non-intervention group (33.3%), and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈0.05). Conclusion: Barint’s group psychological intervention can significantly reduce the sense of job burnout and improve the quality of professional life of pediatric nurse.The long-term turnover rate of pediatric nurses can be reduced by Barint’s group psychological intervention.
