眼内炎术后硅油填充眼的硅油取出联合巩膜环扎术

摘　　要：目的探讨外伤性眼内炎术后硅油填充眼硅油取出联合巩膜环扎术的效果。 方法回顾性分析2014年10月至2017年10月的8例（8只眼）严重外伤性眼内炎玻璃体切除术后硅油填充眼，行硅油取出联合巩膜环扎术，手术后随访6个月。观察视力眼压及视网膜情况。 结果术后6个月视网膜平伏7例，视力优于伤后视力（t＝6.190，P＝0.001）。术后6个月术眼眼压与对侧正常眼眼压差别无统计学意义（t＝－1.940，P＝0.093）。1例再次填充硅油后视网膜平伏，视力较伤后提高。 结论硅油取出联合巩膜环扎术是预防外伤性眼内炎硅油取出术后视网膜脱离、眼球萎缩等并发症的一种有效方法。ObjectiveTo investigate the efficacy of scleral buckling combined with silicone oil removal for eyes with silicone oil tamponaded after surgery for the treatment of traumatic endophthalmitis. MethodsThe data of 8 eyes with silicone oil tamponaded of 8 cases with serious traumatic endophthalmitis after vitrectomy were analyzed retrospectively.All cases received silicone oil removal combined with scleral buckling.The followed up time was 6 months.The best corrected visual acuity （BCVA）, intraocular pressure（IOP）, and condition of retina were observed. ResultsThe retina at 6 months after surgery was flat in 7 eyes.The visual acuity after surgery was better than that after injury （t=6.190, P=0.001）. The difference of intraocular pressure （IOP） was statistically significant between operated eyes and contralateral eyes （t=-1.940, P=0.093）. One case underwent silicone oil tamponaded combined with scleral buckling again, the retina was attached and the visual acuity improved 6 months postoperatively. ConclusionScleral buckling combined with silicone oil removal is effective for eyes with silicone oil tamponaded after surgery in the treatment of traumatic endophthalmitis, it can prevent the complications such as retinal detachment and atrophy of eyeball.
