前房注射康柏西普治疗硅油眼新生血管性青光眼的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察前房注射康柏西普在治疗硅油眼新生血管性青光眼的效果。 方法回顾性分析16例（16眼）硅油眼新生血管性青光眼的临床资料。患者均因增生性糖尿病性视网膜病变而行玻璃体切除联合硅油填充术，均施行前房内注射康柏西普及广泛视网膜光凝，随访6个月进行观察。 结果前房内注射康柏西普后3～5 d，虹膜新生血管开始消退萎缩，眼压下降，未出现并发症，1例眼压无降低，放弃治疗。 结论康柏西普前房注射治疗硅油眼术后新生血管性青光眼后，再配合以广泛视网膜光凝治疗硅油眼新生血管性青光眼，疗效良好。ObjectiveTo observe the efficacy of anterior chamber injection of Conbercept in the treatment of neovascular glaucoma in silicone oil eye. MethodsThe data of 16 silicone oil eyes of 16 cases with neovascular glaucoma from Apr. 2015 to Mar. 2018 were analysed retrospectively. All cases with proliferative diabetic retinopathy, received vitrectomy and silicone oil tamponade. After surgery they underwent anterior chamber injection of Conbercept combined with panretinal photocoagulation. The followed-up time was 6 months. ResultsAfter injection, the new vessels of iris disappeared and IOP reducted. No complication occurred. One case of uncontrolled intraocular pressure gave up treatment. ConclusionThe anterior chamber injection of Conbercept combined with retina laser photocoagulation is effective to treat neovascular glaucoma in silicone oil eye.
