三点微创与经典切开重睑术的效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较三点微创与经典切开重睑成形术的效果。 方法收集2017年3月至2017年8月行重睑成形术共40例，其中行三点微创手术者20例，行经典切开重睑成形术者20例，并随访3个月，观察其术后即刻效果和中期效果。 结果术后7 d，40例受术者重睑弧度自然，除2例行经典切开重睑术者双眼仍有较明显肿胀外，其余均基本消肿。3个月后40例受术者双眼完全消肿，重睑弧度自然流畅，外观满意。 结论三点微创和经典切开重睑术各有利弊，需术前选择合适的手术方式，尽量做到个性化设计，方可取得满意的效果。ObjectiveTo compare the efficacy between three-point microincision blepharoplasty and classic incision blepharoplasty. MethodsFrom Mar. to Aug. 2017, 40 cases who performed blepharoplasty were analyzed retrospectively, Among them, 20 cases underwent three-point microincision blepharoplasty, 20 cases underwent classic incision blepharoplasty. The followed up time was 3 months. The postoperative immediate effect and medium-term effect were observed. ResultsAt 7 days after surgery, 40 patients had a natural radian of double eyelid. Two patients with classic incision blepharotomy occurred significant swelling in their eyes.Three months after surgery, the eyes of 40 patients were completely detumescent, and the curvature of the eyelid was natural and smooth, and the appearance was satisfactory. ConclusionThree-point microincision blepharoplasty and classic incision blepharotomy have advantages and disadvantages respectively, so it is necessary to select the appropriate surgical method before surgery and to make personalized design as far as possible to achieve satisfactory results.
