摘　　要：目的评价改良泪囊鼻腔吻合术联合泪道环形支撑管置管治疗复杂的泪道阻塞的效果。 方法回顾性分析71例（82眼）泪总管合并鼻泪管阻塞和慢性泪囊炎合并小泪囊（泪囊直径〈1mm）的临床资料。术前行泪道造影显示泪道阻塞部位及泪囊大小，行改良泪囊鼻腔吻合术联合泪道环形支撑管置管术，术后3个月拔管。分析其治疗效果。 结果治愈76眼（92.68%），未愈6眼（7.32%），无明显并发症。 结论改良泪囊鼻腔吻合术联合泪道环形支撑管置管治疗复杂泪道阻塞具有良好的疗效。ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficacy of improved dacryocystorhinostomy combined with lacrimal passage annular stent intubation for complex stenosis of the lacrimal passage. MethodsThe data of 82 eyes of 71 patients with common lacrimal duct combined with nasolacrimal duct obstruction and chronic dacryocystitis with small sac（dacryocyst diameter〈1 mm） were analyzed retrospectively. The location of lacrimal duct obstruction and the size of lacrimal sac before operation were observed with dacryocystography. Improved dacryocy storhinostomy combined with lacrimal passage annular stent intubation were performed in all cases and the lacrimal passage annular stent removed 3 months after surgery. Clinical efficacy was analyzed. ResultsAmong them, 76 eyes （92.68%） were cured and 6 eyes （7.32%） were not cured, no obvious complication occurred. ConclusionImproved dacryocystorhinostomy combined with lacrimal passage annular stent intubation for the treament of complex stenosis of lacrimal passage is an effective method.
