摘 要:教育的价值追求是深化教育体制改革的关键定位,是现代教育发展进步的重要元素。在教育事业的发展历程中,从最初的规模化扩大到内涵式提升,从工具性主张到人本理念盛行,从个体素质提高到综合素养培育,对知识、能力、素质、素养的价值取向选择与教育阶段性发展密切相关,深刻影响着人才培养的方向、教育体系的完善、全民素养的优劣。我国教育价值取向转变可模糊区分为三次转向:知识本位向能力本位教育超越的初次转向;能力本位向素质本位教育跃升的再次转型;素质本位向素养本位教育进化的最终追求。只有对教育价值追求进行明确定位,理性分析价值追求各阶段的时代特征,寻求符合现代教育教学、契合当代教育主体的价值取向,并进行切实的实践,才能实现当代教育的科学转型。The pursuit of educational value is the key to the deepening of educational system reform and also an important element of modern education development. During the development of education, from the initial scale expansion to the then connotative promotion, from the instrumental proposition to the prevalence of people-oriented ideas, from the improvement of individual qualities to the cultivation of comprehensive literacy, there are many elements closely related to the development of education and the choice of value orientation for knowledge, ability, quality and literacy, which have a profound influence on the direction of talent training, the perfection of educational system and the improvement of all people's qualities. China's educational value orientation can be vaguely divided into three turns: the initial shift from a knowledge-based education to a competency-based education; the transition from a competency-based education to a quality-based education; and the ultimate change from the quality-based education to the literacy-based education. In order to achieve the scientific transformation of contemporary education, we must clearly define the educational value pursuit, rationally analyze the characteristics of value pursuit in different stages of education, seek for the value orientation in accordance with the modern education and teaching and contemporary educational subject, and then endeavor to put them into practice.
