摘 要:目的进一步明确差不嘎蒿茎叶中的化学成分,以期为该植物的药用资源开发利用提供依据。方法利用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20等方法分离纯化差不嘎蒿的化学成分,根据其理化性质和各种波谱数据鉴定化合物的化学结构。结果从差不嘎蒿中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为高圣草素(homoeriodictyol,1)、槲皮素-3-甲醚(quercetin-3-methyl ether,2)、圣草酚(eriodictyol,3)、七叶内脂(esculetin,4)、槲皮素(quercetin,5)、樱花素(sakuranetin,6)、咖啡酸(caffeic acid,7)、柽柳黄素-5-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(tamarixetin-5-O-β-D-glucoside,8)。结论化合物1、3和8为首次从蒿属植物中分离得到,化合物2、4、6为首次从差不嘎蒿植物中分离得到。Objective To study the compounds of Artemisia halodendron Turcz. ex Bess. Methods Column chromatographies on silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 were used to isolate and purify the chemical constituents from Artemisia halodendron Turcz. ex Bess. Their structure were determined by physicochemical properties and spectral data analysis. Results Eight compounds were isolated and their structure were characterized as homoeriodictyol ( 1 ), quercetin-3-methyl ether ( 2 ), eriodictyol ( 3 ), esculetin ( 4 ), quercetin ( 5 ), tomentin (6), caffeic acid ( 7 ), tamarixetin-5-O-fl-D-glucoside ( 8 ). Conclusion Compounds 1,3 and 8 are firstly isolated from Artemisia. Compounds 2,4 and 6 are isolated from Artemisia halodendron Turcz. ex Bess. for the first time.
