摘　　要：目的总结了近年来各种类型的GRK2抑制剂。方法对国内外与GRK2抑制剂有关的文献进行研究,检索不同类型的GRK2抑制剂及其生物活性。结果与结论本文作者通过归纳总结,表明已有很多类型的GRK2抑制剂合成出来,部分类型的GRK2抑制剂抗心力衰竭作用明显,这与它们的化学结构有着密切联系。Objective To summarize the various types of GRK2 inhibitors in recent years. Methods The literatures related to GRK2 inhibitors at home and abroad were studied to search for different types of GRK2 inhibitors and their biological activities. Results and conclusions The authors concluded that many types of GRK2 inhibitors have been synthesized and some types of GRK2 inhibitors have a significant effect on heart failure, which is closely related to their chemical structures.
